Biography

Christina Carroll is a partner in McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP’s Washington, DC office. Christina’s diverse practice focuses primarily on complex litigation, including insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental, toxic tort, and federal preemption litigation. Christina also counsels clients on the risks and opportunities associated with climate change.

Christina represents a variety of clients in the insurance, chemical, healthcare, and technology industries. In the insurance realm, Christina represents insurance companies in coverage and bad faith disputes and also counsels them on strategic issues including emerging risks. Christina has handled matters involving directors and officers, property, commercial general liability, professional liability, and automobile liability insurance. Christina brings her environmental and scientific background together with her insight in insurance-related law to provide a unique skill set in developing strategies for monitoring and addressing climate change, hyrdraulic fracturing, green building, greenwashing, cybersecurity, and other emerging risks.
