Thomas Wisinski

Biography

Mr. Wisinski has been in the legal technology industry for more than 20 years and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Knowledge Officer.  As one of the many hats Wisinski wears in his position, he is the firm’s internal consultant for matters that deal with electronic evidence, litigation hold, records retention issues, and litigation technology.  Wisinski is also an active member and participant of The Sedona Conference (http://www.sedonaconference.com).

Wisinski has lead the firm in this area since the mid 90’s due primarily to the firm’s Securities Litigation practice which traditionally lends itself to immediate preservation issues that includes electronic evidence.  In addition to electronic discovery is the amount of data generated during the litigation or investigation.  Wisinski uses technology tools to manage this data consisting of discovery documents, testimony, exhibits, and eventually trial presentation software that creates an interactive courtroom experience.

Mr. Wisinski regularly advises clients and the firms attorneys in the following areas:  Preservation of evidence and the litigation hold process, Electronic discovery, Document review and production The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as it relates to electronically stored information.
