Former General Counsel to Protection One, the second largest provider of security alarm monitoring and related services in the U.S.  Responsible for handling all facets of legal operations involving 1,000,000 active residential, commercial, and multifamily customers, 68 branch locations, 2,700 employees, and $380M in annual revenue.  Extensive experience with corporate merger and asset acquisition and disposition, regulatory compliance and licensing, marketing and sales issues, corporate communications, human resources, records management, consumer protection, and litigation management.
