Biography
Lauren joined Motorola to manage complex, global IT programs. Since 2002, Lauren began working exclusively with the Law Department to lead the selection and implementation of a new invoicing solution, establish portfolio management processes as well as lead a number of initiatives.
Lauren applied Digital Six Sigma principles to significantly reduce the internal cost of invoice review, optimize workflow and gain efficiencies through analytics and process mapping.
Lauren’s educational background includes a Master’s certificate in Global Business Management, PMP (Project Management Professional) credential since 2006 and graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Business and Psychology. In her spare time, she enjoys design, art and gardening.
