Biography
Rachel is the Vice President of Cyber Product Underwriting with HSB, Hartford Steam Boiler a Munich Re Company and based in Hartford, Connecticut.
Rachel has spent appoximately 20 years in the Hartford area insurance industry. She began her career with Chubb as a Healthcare Management Liability Underwriter. After years of being a subject matter expert in cyber, she moved over to Travelers. At Travelers, she was a Cyber Underwriting Manager working on cyber strategy for the healthcare industry from home office. Next came an opporutnity to be Vice President, Cyber Product Manager at TDC Specialty Underwriters, leading the creation and management of cyber insurance for healthcare organizations. In 2021, TDC Specialty made the hard decision to exit the cyber market and Rachel found her way to HSB, where she now supports Corporate Underwriting as Vice President of Cyber Product Underwriting.
