Biography
Over 30 years of Risk, Safety, and Human Resources experience. I have created and implemented workers' compensation programs, return to work, management of modified duty programs, and safety walk-through with clients to make environments a safer place. Responsible for all aspects of worker's compensation claims program, directed a team of ten claim managers, created threat assessment program, currently serve as team leader. Successfully developed information for in-house workers' compensation application information and format. Handled OSHA audits, OSHA 300 and 300A logs, conducted client site visits to assist with safety, prevention, and training. Develop and run various training programs for our internal employees and associates. Collaborate with many different departments to ensure the safety of employees.
