Rishabh Agny

Biography

Rishabh Agny advises clients on complex insurance coverage issues in Texas, Washington, and across the nation. Rishabh has a broad range of experience, including first party UIM and bad faith claims, third party liability claims, complex construction matters, and general commercial and business litigation.  
Rishabh has practiced coverage litigation in Washington before moving to Texas, developing a real-world foundation for analyzing coverage issues under Washington’s challenging mix of insurance precedent. He traded Seattle’s grey skies for Texas’s blue skies and perpetual sunshine but the insurance coverage landscape is no less colorful. He now handles high risk insurance coverage matters, primarily in the gig economy and construction context.
Rishabh has been nominated and selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Texas.
