Biography
Rachel Kelley presently serves as in-house counsel for AmTrust North America out of the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices working directly with claims partners on litigated matters including advising on coverage issues and workers’ compensation matters. Prior to moving in-house, Rachel represented clients in a wide range of insurance matters while working for a mid-sized firm based out of Philadelphia. Rachel is an experienced trial lawyer with experience in defending corporations and individuals in various complex litigation matters, including premises liability, general negligence and workers’ compensation.
Rachel frequently presents on topics concerning insurance defense and workers’ compensation practice, most recently speaking with the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel. She also provides in-house seminars on issues involving workers’ compensation and coverage. Rachel earned her B.A. from The College of New Jersey and her J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University.
