Biography
Lisa’s areas of specialty focus on medical malpractice, restaurant and retail defense including dram shop, data and cyber security and mass tort and catastrophic losses. She represents a wide variety of clients, including self-insured companies, insured companies and individuals on behalf of multiple insurance companies. With a degree in Allied Medicine and Health Information, Lisa has utilized her extensive background in the medical field to successfully litigate on behalf of physicians and hospitals as well as defend a variety of personal injury claims. Lisa has successfully defended clients in various local courts as well as having received favorable decisions in the Courts of Appeal in the Third, Fourth, Fifth and Tenth Districts. She has tried over 40 matters to jury verdict and also handled multiple bench trials and arbitrations across multiple jurisdictions.
