Mikala Glaza is proud to wear many hats at Pete Fowler Construction Consultants. She has the privilege of launching the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion program in addition to creating, managing, and moderating the free monthly webinar programs we provide. Mikala is always grateful for the opportunity to combine her pursuit of quality continuing education and the DE&I effort she holds close to home as an LGBTQ and mixed-race individual.
