Biography

After receiving a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University in 1983, Rowland began his career with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). During his 16 years with FDOT, he held various positions, including District Three Drainage Engineer and Statewide Special Projects Engineer in charge of work zone traffic control and bicycle/pedestrian accommodation.

Rowland is a board-certified forensic engineer and has qualified as an expert witness in the areas of transportation engineering, work zone traffic control, civil engineering, land planning, and accident reconstruction in crashes involving commercial trucks, automobiles, motorcycles, and pedestrians. Rowland was born in Valley, Alabama, was raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and has lived in Tallahassee, Florida, since 1990. Rowland Lamb's full CV is available to our clients upon request.
