Biography
Julia Oltmanns is Director of DEI Services for Zurich Resilience Solutions in North America, helping businesses advance diversity, equity and inclusion in their organization through measurable actions that can help manage risks. In her previous role as Assistant Vice President of Employment Law at Zurich, she specialized in diversity and inclusion, advising on D&I initiatives, supervising pay equity audits and overseeing analyses of hiring, promotions and separation data. She joined Zurich in 2016. Julia has 20 years of experience as an employment attorney, primarily in corporate legal departments. Throughout her career, she has supervised investigations of workplace discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Julia earned a Diversity & Inclusion Professional certification from the University of Georgia, a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
