Biography
My practice involves litigation of casualty claims related to motor carriers, premises liability, products liability, farm and ranch injuries and general personal injury defense. I have defended cases asserting civil rights claims against county and municipal officials and Tort Claims Act litigation.
I also advise over the road, LTL, bulk and tank carriers regarding the complex issues of how to best protect their interest in contracting with shippers, brokers and other 3PLs. In addition to providing contractual advice, I assist motor carriers and freight forwarders with cargo claims litigation and freight collection.
I provide insurance coverage advice and handle related litigation concerning coverage and bad faith. I have provided coverage advice on garage policies, commercial general liability, life, health and disability policies, and motor truck polices including the MCS-90.
