Thomas Anderson

Biography

Tom Anderson currently serves as senior counsel for CSX Corporation in the Corporate & Transportation section of the Law Department.  Mr. Anderson’s areas of responsibility include asset transactions, public and private debt offerings, information technology, legal spending management and corporate governance matters.  He joined the Law Department of CSX Transportation in January 2005.  Before joining CSX, Mr. Anderson was an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Arnold & Porter LLP, working primarily in the environmental practice group.  Mr. Anderson received a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law in Lexington, VA.  Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is an authorized house counsel in Florida.
