Biography

Mr. Trimble has been a partner then shareholder at our firm since 1996. Mark’s practice focuses on litigation which includes insurance defense, products liability, business matters and construction disputes. He has a very active trial practice in which he has tried over 175 jury trials. At one point, he won 72 consecutive jury trials. He has won over 95% of his jury trials. Mark has fostered an aggressive approach to trial preparation by developing a mutually agreed to strategy with each client for each case. This success has been achieved while attempting to minimize the cost to the client.
