Todd DeStefano is Head of Claims for Co/Action Specialty and an accomplished insurance executive with more than 35 years of industry experience spanning claims, underwriting, operations, distribution, risk management, and insurance services. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing claims organizations across both insurance carriers and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), driving operational excellence, profitable growth, and organizational transformation.
Known for his high-energy leadership style and dynamic presence, Todd is a passionate mentor and team builder who brings people together around a shared vision and engages effectively at every level of an organization.
