Biography
Allison Schaeffer has been with the firm since 2015 and was named Partner in 2020 and Shareholder in 2024. Allison concentrates her practice in the defense of workers’ compensation cases. Allison graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2009 and worked as a law clerk for a medical malpractice defense firm for two years during law school. She then served as an Attorney Advisor for a federal Administrative Law Judge at the Social Security Administration from 2010 to 2015.
Allison has presented on a variety of topics involving workers’ compensation law and is a member of the Firm's marketing committee. She is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association. She is also a certified fitness instructor and volunteers her time serving the community as an active member of the Imerman Angels Professionals Board.
