Daniel Anders

Biography

Daniel M. Anders is the Chief Compliance Officer for Tower MSA Partners where he oversees the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance program.  In this position, Dan is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of the MSA program and other MSP compliance services and products.  Based upon his more than a decade of experience in working with employers, insurers, TPAs, attorneys and claimants, Dan provides education and consultation to Tower MSA clients on all aspects of MSP compliance.

Dan is an attorney licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was formerly the Senior Vice-President of MSP Compliance for ExamWorks Clinical Solutions and has extensive litigation experience from his prior position with the Chicago law firm of Wiedner & McAuliffe.

He is a member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals where he serves on the legislative committee. Mr. Anders holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University Chicago.
