Linda Tonkovich

Biography

Linda Tonkovich is a Senior Claims Examiner for Arch Insurance in Orange County, CA. She is responsible for the handling of large, complex construction defect claims for major contractors across the United States. In addition to commercial and residential construction claims, her experience over the past thirty-five years includes handling claims and coverage issues involving General Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions, Employment Practices and Intellectual Property exposures. Prior to Arch, her work experience was at Gallagher Bassett, OneBeacon, Fireman’s Fund and Aetna Casualty. She is the current Chair of the Speakers and Topics Committee for the Annual West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar. She was the Treasurer for the Construction Defect Claim Managers Association. She earned her bachelor’s degree at California State University, Fullerton.
