Biography
David C. Bernard was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1985. He attended Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management degree focusing on Information Systems. Following his undergraduate studies, David attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he graduated in 2010 with a Juris Doctor and a Certificate in International Studies. During law school, David was a member of Loyola’s AAJ National Trial Advocacy team, where he received a perfect score for his role as defense counsel. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as all Louisiana state courts. David is married and the father of two sons.
