Biography
Cindy has over 30 years experience in the Insurance Industry. She has held many leadership poistions throughout her career and also has cross functional experience in sales and underwriting. She currently leads the Claims Casualty, Litigation, Environmental, Workers Compensation and Reinsurance Quality Assurance program which includes, oversight for audit and compliance, for Nationwide Insurance Company. Cindy also has experience in the management of Property claims which allowed her to gain valuable experience in the handling and management of catastrophic claims.Cindy attended Virginia Tech and Lynchburg College and holds a BS degree in Education. She also holds a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters designation (CPCU). She is a member of the CLM advisory board and Vice President of the Columbus Ohio CLM Chapter.
