Biography
Whitney Smith is the managing partner of Wilson Smith Cochran Dickerson. His practice focuses on product liability, construction defect litigation, complex personal injury and commercial litigation. In the construction arena, Mr. Smith has represented developers, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers. Mr. Smith is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Washington. He has successfully tried cases before juries in both federal and state courts, has arbitrated cases, and has served as an arbitrator. Mr. Smith is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is a multiple recipient of the Washington Law & Politics Super Lawyer designation.
