Biography
Michelle is a claims examiner for the Midwest Team at Encova Insurance. She is responsible for managing workers’ compensation lost time & litigated claims for IL, MO, & KS, but has additional prior experience in IA, KY, IN & GA.
She has almost 20 years of experience in the workers’ compensation industry. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from North Central College and holds the professional designations of Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Claims Management (AIC-M), Associate in Management (AIM) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
