Biography

As a Senior Risk and Insurance Executive, Nikki-Ann spearheads enterprise risk strategy and operational resilience initiatives across high-value real estate portfolios. With extensive domain expertise in claims management, cybersecurity, underwriting, regulatory compliance, and insurance program optimization, she is known for delivering results in high-stakes environments.

She leads cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risk exposures, while enhancing stakeholder confidence and overall organizational performance. Her mission is to advance risk governance through data-driven decision-making, scalable safety frameworks, and proactive incident response—ensuring long-term value creation and sustainable growth.

Nikki-Ann is a CEU and CLE Certified Insurance Trainer, All Lines Adjuster, and Corporate Trainer. In addition, she serves as a Conference Speaker, Mentor, Insurance Certified Property Appraiser and Umpire, and holds the designation of Senior Claims Law Associate.

With a comprehensive command of all facets of insurance—including disaster and emergency claims management, risk management, compliance, auditing, and alternative dispute resolution—she remains a trusted leader and strategist in the field.
