Biography
Jon Pruitt is a highly experienced professional in the property and construction industries. He has extensive expertise as a plaintiff/defense property expert witness, court-appointed umpire, adjuster, building/roofing contractor, REALTOR®, building inspector and mold assessor/remediator across multiple states. He was elected and has been honored to serve as a Past President to the Home Builders Association. The organization acknowledged Jon's leadership and commitment to quality by selecting him as the Parade of Homes winner and "Builder of the Year" in the same year.
Jon founded Addison Riley, LLC with the goal of streamlining and improving the settlement process in litigation. His strong ethics and resolute personality ensure an objective and unbiased approach to every service he provides. Jon's exceptional ability to manage diverse personalities in high-stress situations, such as construction disputes or insurance claims, has earned him the trust and respect of attorneys and adjusters on both sides of the legal process. He is highly skilled in pre-litigation settlement efforts and litigation for property and casualty insurance claims, contractor fraud, and construction defect cases.
