Jose Hernandez

Biography

Before joining North American Risk Services (NARS), Jose began a career in the Property & Casualty (P&C) industry with a large carrier over nine years ago. With extensive experience in managing claim services, property damage, and bodily injury teams—including leading other leaders— Jose has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. Since joining NARS, Jose has successfully guided one of the company's largest transportation programs through a period of significant growth. Additional contributions include the development of NARS' transportation hail response process, the creation of towing and storage training programs, and active mentorship of new leadership team members.

Jose is passionate about developing associates and supporting them in achieving their professional goals. A firm believer in continuous learning, Jose remains committed to evolving alongside the industry.

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Jose attended Purdue University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. Now residing in the Indianapolis area, Jose has been married to wife Jenna for over five years, and they are proud parents of a four-year-old and a seven-month-old. In free time, Jose enjoys attending sporting events and spending quality time with family.
