Biography
Mr. LaMacchia is Senior Vice President, Field Operations for Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. Gallagher Bassett is a world wide Risk Management Services provider and recipient of Business Insurance Readers Choice Award for "Best Third Party Administrator" for 2008, 2009 and 2010. Mr. LaMacchia has expansive management experience including operational responsibilities for developing and executing claims handling policies, processes, quality assurance as well as partnership and vendor service programs.
Mr. LaMacchia received his Bachelor of Science Degree, Magna Cum Laude , from Michigan State University in 1975, followed by a Master of Science Degree in 1978. He has over 30 years of claims related experience, the last 26 with Gallagher Bassett.
