Biography
Tommy Spitaletto combines extensive litigation experience with proven coverage analysis to support a large and growing base of clients.
Tommy handles high-stakes bad faith and contract litigation and advises on policy interpretation, claims handling and claim resolution for first- and third-party policies, including D&O, other professional liability, EPL, CGL, property, homeowners, auto, cargo and others.
Tommy successfully represents clients in state and federal courts nationwide, including trial through verdict and arguments in state and federal appeals. Tommy serves as cochair of the D&O and E&O subgroup of the firm's national Insurance Coverage Practice team.
