Biography
Ms. Roswell is a partner and founding member of Higgins, Hopkins, McLain & Roswell, LLC, a firm which specializes in construction defect and general civil litigation throughout Colorado. For approximately twenty years Ms. Roswell’s practice has focused on the defense of a complex construction defect lawsuits on behalf of developers, general contractors, and other construction professionals. Ms. Roswell’s practice also frequently includes providing consulting and risk management services to clients and carriers in both residential and commercial construction matters. Ms. Roswell’s clientele includes construction professionals, from Fortune 500 companies to single contractor entities. Ms. Roswell’s background also includes the defense of a wide variety of general casualty and property damage claims.
