Biography

William T. “Bill” Mitchell is a founding partner of Cruser Mitchell, with offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Over 30 years, Bill has earned a reputation as an aggressive, results‑oriented lawyer with the unique skill set to reduce case life cycles and legal spend. He handles high‑exposure matters for clients across the U.S. and serves as national counsel for a number of clients. Bill co‑authored The Disruptive Lawyer’s Little Black Book of Litigation Management and consults nationwide with insurance companies and large corporations on how to enact a metrics‑driven litigation management program leading to the saving of millions of dollars in legal and indemnity fees.
