Biography
As the General Counsel, Suzanne is responsible for advising the CEO, board and company on all corporate legal and regulatory matters pertinent to CapSpecialty. Suzanne joined the company in 2015 as Associate General Counsel and in 2021 was appointed the company’s first Chief Privacy Officer, responsible for advising the company on all matters relating to data privacy and security. Prior to joining CapSpecialty, Suzanne worked for a Lloyd’s, London Syndicate for nine years in both the claims and compliance units. Upon graduating law school in 2002, Suzanne was a litigation attorney in private practice for four years.
