Rachel O'Brien

Biography

Rachel is a partner in the law firm of Hill, Rugh, Keller & Main P.L. in Orlando, Florida. She practices primarily in the areas of insurance defense and commercial litigation in Florida trial courts and in federal courts across the country. Throughout her career, Rachel’s practice has centered almost exclusively on representing businesses of all sizes, including insurance companies. In her general liability and casualty defense practice, she helps carriers defend insured contractors from the pre-suit stage through trial against claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty, indemnification, negligence, and violations of the Florida Building Code. She also defends insured businesses and their employees against personal injury and property damage claims. Rachel also has extensive experience litigating personal jurisdiction issues for out-of-state and international defendants.
