Biography

Mr. Venegoni's practice focuses on general civil litigation in federal and state court. He represents both businesses and individuals in matters ranging from motor vehicle and tractor-trailer accidents, cargo and Carmack Amendment claims, premises liability matters, collections, contract disputes and negotiations, employment law, and construction law cases. Mr. Venegoni also has extensive experience in construction lien law matters.

Additionally, Mr. Venegoni has experience in catastrophic accident investigations and 24-7 accident response.

Clients that Mr. Venegoni represents include major transportation companies, restaurant and retail companies, insurers, general contractors, subcontractors, and a variety of many small businesses. He has been selected as a rotating author to write the monthly legal column for the Dallas, Texas edition of Construction News, a monthly publication focusing on the construction industry in Texas.

Licensed in both Texas and North Dakota, Mr. Venegoni's practice also includes both litigation and transactional work in the petroleum and natural gas industry. Mr. Venegoni assists operators, owners, lessors, and lessees with all forms of energy issues including adverse possession claims, pooling issues, right-of-way issues, quieting title, title opinion claims, negotiation of leases, conveyances, contract drafting, and all petroleum and natural gas related litigation.
