Biography

Kristi Aracri brings over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a comprehensive background spanning auto claims, commercial claims, trucking claims, general liability, and litigation. She has spent more than a decade in leadership roles, successfully balancing management responsibilities while maintaining deep involvement in complex claims handling.
 
Kristi began her career in salvage and advanced through every level of claims, serving as both an adjuster and supervisor. Throughout her career, she has managed high-exposure and catastrophic losses, navigated complex litigation, and addressed allegations of bad faith with a strong focus on strategy, accuracy, and resolution.
 
In 2023, Kristi joined Gallagher Bassett, where she currently serves as a Claims Litigation Supervisor within transportation claims, with additional oversight in general liability. She is deeply committed to building high-performing teams, mentoring adjusters to reach their full potential, and driving top-tier results. Her leadership approach emphasizes organization, structured workflows, and fostering confidence so her team can execute effectively and consistently.
 
Kristi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle Georgia State University. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her husband, Domenic, and their three children.
