Biography
Tom Noles has been a claim professional since 1988. Over the years he has developed his communication, investigative and negotiation skills using every tool at his disposal. He has worked for numerous companies both standard and non standard as an independent adjuster, mostly in auto casualty and litigation. He is currently employed by National Adjustment Bureau for the last 9 years as a casualty/litigation adjuster.
