Biography
Thomas (Tom) Abbott is a litigation management professional. With over 20 years of experience in the claims litigation/ project management field, he has substantial experience in the management and resolution of litigated claims.
He has been responsible for the case management of a variety of complex and high dollar (CGL) Commercial General Liability exposure cases such as, but not limited to class action, corporate exposure, claim(s) fraud, automobile/ truck bodily injury, product liability/defect, premises and general liability in all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.Tom completed the Litigation Management Institute (LMI) program offered by the CLM and earned the designation CLMP (Certified Litigation Management Professional). He is a Certified Mediator, a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for CLM and has a Graduate Degree in Management.
