Biography
Michael J. Daly
Michael is a member of the XL Insurance Legal Team and serves as a liaison with XL Global Liability Claims Management. In this role he guides complex and/or financially significant claims to conclusion. A great deal of his time is invested in the design and execution of case disposition strategies. He is an attorney admitted to the New Jersey Bar, and is a Court Approved Mediator. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University Undergraduate and Law Schools. He is a member of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution.
