Biography

With over a decade of experience in Risk Management, I am a dedicated and results-oriented Underwriting Risk Specialist at Arch Insurance Group, a leading specialty insurer and reinsurer.

In my current role, I support the US Property team in executing its business strategy by working directly with the underwriting managers to implement the business unit goals. I analyze policy wording, monitor aggregation and limits, and recommend methods to streamline, simplify, and automate our product offerings. I also leverage my extensive background in Business Management and Enterprise Risk Management to develop strategic solutions, optimize operational processes, and mitigate risks, ensuring long-term success and sustainability for the organization., I am skilled in managing projects, ensuring contract terms, and providing high-quality strategy to internal clients. I am known for my strong communication, customer service, and research capabilities, which I use to create and sustain a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the company.
