Clay Scheitzach to Speak at 2011 Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Conference January XX, 2011

New York, NY - - (PR.COM) - - 01/XX/11 - -Mr. Clay Scheitzach, Vice President and Corporate Litigation Counsel at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. has been selected to speak at the 2011 Annual Conference of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). Mr. Scheitzach is slated to speak on the topic “How to Wade the Murky Water of Alternative Fee Arrangements.”

The conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2011. It will be held March 23-25 in New Orleans, LA, will feature approximately 250 speakers and is expected to draw attendees from around the world. Mr. Clay Scheitzach is Vice President & Senior Corporate Counsel at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., a Xerox Company. He handles worldwide commercial litigation for ACS and regularly represents ACS in trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions and hearings. Mr. Scheitzach assists global business units with their daily legal business needs ranging from contract negotiations and compliance to global acquisitions and divestitures. He is responsible for conducting all internal investigations, including assessing and mitigating risk associated with issues including employee misconduct, privacy violations, FCPA, False Claim Act and governmental inquiries. Mr. Scheitzach received his J.D. from Texas Tech University Law School, his M.B.A. from Texas Tech University and his B.A. from University of Texas at Austin.
