Lovre Brajkovic is an accomplished insurance professional with over two decades of experience in claims management, business consulting, and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Claims Business Consultant within Nationwide E&S/Specialty, Lovre leverages advanced project management tools and strategic insights to optimize claims operations, improve efficiency, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
 
Throughout his career, Lovre has demonstrated a passion for innovation and problem-solving. He has spearheaded initiatives that improved quality assurance metrics, enhanced customer experience, and streamlined processes, including Lean and Agile methodologies. His leadership in complex casualty and bodily injury claims has consistently delivered measurable results, including significant improvements in QA error ratios, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
 
An advocate for continuous learning and development, Lovre is a certified Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and a Google Project Management professional. He also holds a Master of Business Administration and has deep expertise in commercial lines coverage and claims practices.
