Biography

Aarati Yadav is a global technology leader with over 18 years of experience driving product development and digital transformation through cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, AR/VR, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. She currently leads the AI product portfolio at ARC Global Risk, USA, where she oversees the design and development of AI/ML powered solutions, including a next generation claims management and Incident Management system.
Previously, as Head of Digital HR & Office of the CIO at Asian Paints, Aarati led large-scale IT operations for a global team of 240, managing systems across 17 countries. She spearheaded strategic digital initiatives including the company-wide implementation of SAP HANA, SuccessFactors, Intelligent Procurement systems, and an AI-powered employee chatbot, resulting in significant operational efficiencies and business growth. She began her career as a Business Intelligence Analyst, building a strong foundation in data analytics and enterprise systems. She holds an MBA in Information Systems and a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, which equip her with a unique blend of technical depth and strategic business insight. Aarati is also an ICF ACC-certified coach, working closely with startup founders on product & business development, talent strategy, and leadership growth.
