Rebecca Barton is a cyber claims leader with extensive experience overseeing the investigation, management, and resolution of complex cyber incidents within the insurance sector. She has both handled and led teams managing hundreds of claims involving data breaches, ransomware attacks, business email compromises, regulatory investigations, and data privacy litigation - working closely with insureds, agents, and incident response vendors to support organizations through a wide range of cyber events. As Head of Cyber Claims at Bowhead Specialty, Rebecca leads claims strategy and execution, develops internal protocols, and contributes to underwriting and product development from the claims perspective.
