Keshia Lipscomb

Biography

Keshia Lipscomb is a Georgia-licensed attorney with experience evaluating insurance coverage for various types of claims on behalf of admitted and non-admitted insurers. As Claims Counsel at At-Bay, Keshia conducts coverage investigations and advises policyholders on first-party and third-party claims submitted under cyber, media, and technology insurance policies. Keshia works with policyholders, privacy counsel, forensic vendors, and brokers to manage data breach and network security intrusions and to mitigate liability and exposure, including class action litigation and regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining At-Bay, Keshia worked in private practice in Atlanta law firms for nearly 10 years, with her practice primarily focused on insurance coverage and defense, complex commercial litigation, and class action defense. Keshia represented insurers and various business entities in federal and state courts throughout the U.S. 

Keshia earned a bachelor’s degree from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
