Biography
Daun Davidson is a Senior Consultant in J.S. Held’s Contents Practice, where she works with domestic and international clients. With over 30 years of experience in the disaster restoration industry, she maintains key expertise in contents, dispute resolution, appraisals, and litigation, reserves and estimates, cost controls, scoping, file reviews and audits, appraisals, site claims management, restorable and non-restorable evaluations, Mult residential town hall updates, and managing and scheduling access. This past year Daun has been involved in online and in person speaking engagements regarding contents, Fraudulent Claims: Common Factors Affecting Contents Evaluations and When the Smoke Clears A Multidisciplinary Approach to Wildfire Damage. Recently Daun has been published in the 2025 winter edition of CPCU Society Insights magazine with her article Managing Contents Claims After a Wildfire; Restoration, Testing, and Insurance Stratagies.
