Gino Mecoli

Biography

Gino is a Partner at the law firm of Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, P.C., which has offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.  He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.  After gaining valuable trial experience, he transitioned to civil defense litigation. Over the last twenty-five years, Gino has honed his expertise in a wide variety of civil defense arenas. He has tried cases in Federal Court as well as in the state courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware and has assisted with thousands of insurance claim investigations, coverage determinations and fraud investigations.  He has represented developers and subcontractors in construction-related matters both through insurers and privately and has become a skilled litigator in the defense of construction defect, products liability and premises litigation. He has also served as counsel liaison for a Philadelphia-area Chapter of the International Association of Special Investigation Units and has presented on numerous legal topics to insurers, claims organizations and attorneys.
