Biography

Neena has built and matured cybersecurity programs across industries, helping leadership teams manage emerging risks and align governance with business objectives. Her experience spans risk management, supply-chain oversight, incident response, maturity assessments, and implementing scalable processes that strengthen organizational resilience. She is recognized for simplifying complex technical and regulatory issues for executive and operational stakeholders.

As a dedicated member of the firm’s incident response team, Neena assists with containment, internal and external communications, notifications to impacted persons, regulatory reporting, legal analytics, third party risk evaluation, and the management and response to related third party claims.

Before joining The Beckage Firm, Neena led cybersecurity and governance initiatives for large enterprises, including Fortune 100 organizations, improving security posture and adapting teams to evolving regulatory expectations. She has collaborated across technical, operational, and executive functions to support organizations through rapidly shifting threat landscapes.

Neena holds an MS in Legal Studies focused on Cybersecurity & Privacy, an MSCIS, and certifications including CISSP, CISM, and CRISC. An ISACA-qualified instructor, she remains committed to advancing security and privacy governance. A strong advocate for representation in cybersecurity, Neena mentors women in the field and has contributed youth cybersecurity training, including materials used for Girl Scouts’ cybersecurity badges. At The Beckage Firm, she drives governance strategy, strengthens security and privacy standards, and supports the firm’s mission across data security, privacy, and emerging technology.
