Biography
Paul Neidich, Director, Excess Claims, was with Crum & Forster from 1992 to 2000 handling long-tail environmental, asbestos, and toxic tort claims and rejoined Crum & Forster in 2004 when he began handling umbrella/excess liability claims including transportation, premises, products, sexual abuse/trafficking, and construction/completed operations. Between 2000 and 2004, he worked for Highlands Insurance Company and Everest Reinsurance Company running off their latent claim books of business. Paul has also handled first-party product recall claims and Covid-related property damage claims. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
