Richard is a vice chair of the Constangy Cyber Team and is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He counsels clients on all aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity, with a focus on managing complex incident response, crisis management, and regulatory investigations.

Richard brings more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through data breaches of all sizes—from localized business email compromises to global security events affecting millions of individuals across multiple jurisdictions.
