John C. Hayes is a partner with Hayes Law Firm, LLC located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina. John has extensive experience in civil trial practice. His legal practice focuses on civil commercial litigation, construction defect, and insurance coverage. He is also experienced in wrongful death claims. He was a law clerk for the Honorable Judge R. Markley Dennis, Jr. South Carolina Circuit Court, At-large, Seat No. 2.
