Biography
Ms. Nanton-Persaud is a partner in Swift Currie’s workers’ compensation practice. She represents employers and insurers throughout the State of Georgia. With extensive experience in all facets of workers' compensation law, she frequently shares her insights as a speaker at educational seminars.
Ms. Nanton-Persaud serves as Chair of the ABA TIPS Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability Committee. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Claims Association and is the Education Chair. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Staffing Association. Ms. Nanton-Persaud is a member of the Legal Steering Committee for the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation.
